Last year we explored Washington state and the Oregon Coast and when we did so we could not pass the opportunity to visit Thor's Well at Cape Perpetua, OR. The right tide and a good sunset will make this place just out of this world. Waves crashing and water going down the spur, travelers stopped for few minutes to snap few photos, photographers lined up to freeze the moment all will come together for few minutes.
If you find yourself along the Oregon Coast make sure you have this attraction point on your itinerary. In the mean time enjoy my take on Thor's Well as 'The gate to the dungeon'
]]>It has been shot by Ansel Adams and zillions of times after that but let's face it, would you go visit Yosemite and not stop by the tunnel view? That's right, it will be probably one of the first points to visit.
So did I and this is one of the frames I shot there. It was late afternoon, sun about to set and that time of the year it would sent the last rays over Bridal Vail fall. I called this frame, Bridal Vail in the spot light.
Enjoy it
]]>South of the Island is a great place if you are looking to for that gorgeous sunrise. While we were scouting the island I came across to little place on the coast and I knew I need to come back early next morning. What I did not planned was to have company. But I knew that we both can share the beautiful moment.
I was clicking away as she was saluting the sun in a mountain pose...

This is 'Quantum', my first image processed in 2015. I named it Quantum as it resembles a teleportation tunnel, the teleportation tunnel that I hope will take my art and vision into the future.
To a happy and healthy 2015! Cheers

It was a challenging shot to say the least. From high cold winds to the police nervously patrolling on the bridge to check what I was doing on the bridge for so long to the fact that every time the train was crossing the bridge the whole structure was bouncing down few inches. Everything seemed to work against me except the dramatic sky and beautiful sunset light wrapping around Philadelphia skyline.
When I look back I think it worth every minute that I spent on the bridge shooting this frame...

I planned few quick shots in downtown but what I didn't realized was that Philadelphia Marathon was not going to be over by the time I will be there. Therefore one by one my plans start going nowhere. I decided to go in Fairmount Park and shoot the Waterworks and city skyline at sunset.
It turned out that this should have been the only plan for that evening. Not only hat I got to shot the beautiful architecture of the Waterworks historical site but as a bonus on my way out from the park I got to get few frames of the Boathouse Row...just beautiful.
What was left out from the original plan will have to be part of another trip, for now will enjoy The Waterworks.

In a recent trip at Grand Central Station I knew that I have to get some frames of the famous Oyster Bar. Getting a clean shot it is always a challenge in GCS. As I was working the frame I realized that having in my frame the people that give life of this landmark is what I really want. I loved the dynamic of this shot.
I should go back and revisit some of the frames I shot at Grand Central Station and view them from a slightly different perspective.
Enjoy it!
